WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect Customer Data (including, without limitation, End Customer Data), which may contain Personal Information. Crall uses cookies to help Crall identify and track visitors, their usage of Crall website, and their website access preferences. Crall's websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies. The use of cookies by our partners, affiliates, tracking utility company, and service providers is not covered by our privacy statement. We do not have access or control over these cookies.

HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Crall discloses Personal Information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Crall's behalf or to provide services available at Crall's websites, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Crall's websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, Crall will not sell Personal Information to anyone. If you are a registered customer of Crall and have supplied your email address, Crall may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Crall and our products. We primarily use our blog to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other customers.
Your data may be stored through Stripe’s or other third party payment processors’ data storage, databases, and the Stripe and such other third party payment applications. You should review the privacy policy of Stripe and such other payment processors before using either to make a purchase.
In the event we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Customer Data may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of our assets may continue to process your Customer Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Changes

Please read the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy carefully. Crall reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant material changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
